Refund and Returns Policy
At PokuDeals, we operate a strict no refund or return policy, except for items that are defective or damaged at the point of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Refund:
– Only items damaged or defective upon delivery qualify.
– You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing photos and a description to Info@pokudeals.com
Non-Returnable Items:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
– Personal care items
– Items bought on clearance or marked “final sale”Refund Process:
If approved, refunds will be processed via store credit, bank transfer, or the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
